Excellent review! Many people do not know about the file exclusions with Carbonite and do not find out about it until it is too late. As mentioned by Jonathon above Backblaze has been gaining a following for consumer backup. They do make it easy for non-techies to get an online backup running by backing up everything (minus OS files).</description>
